We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join an innovative medical device company in Haifa and take a leading role in the development of advanced electronic systems.
This is a key position involving full responsibility for the design and development of complex PCB boards for cutting-edge medical products — from architecture definition and schematics through layout, testing, integration, and transfer to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Design and development of complex PCB boards for advanced medical systems
Full hands-on involvement from schematic design to layout implementation
Hardware architecture definition and component selection
Signal integrity analysis, simulations, and EMI/EMC troubleshooting
Development of High-Speed Interfaces and various communication protocols
Support manufacturing processes including DFM & DFT considerations
System integration and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Preparation of development documentation, design reviews, and engineering documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Close collaboration with Software, Mechanical, Quality, and Regulatory teams
B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in PCB / Board Design
Strong hands-on experience in schematic capture and layout design
Experience with design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Allegro
Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design
Experience with High-Speed Design – significant advantage
