We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
The role includes full responsibility for day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and ongoing financial administration. This position works closely with the Controller and plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, payroll taxes, sales taxes, and pension/401K-related reports.
• Monitor financial activity and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support and collaborate with external accountants when required.
• Process monthly payroll using accounting systems and software.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
• Type 3 bookkeeping certificate – required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience working with bookkeeping software, preferably Priority.
• Minimum of 2 years’ bookkeeping experience, preferably within biotech or hi-tech environments.
• High level of English – both written and spoken – חובה.
• Experience with US payroll processes – advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong computer literacy.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare, review, and understand financial statements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
