Medical Device Manufacturing Company – Multidisciplinary Systems
Location: Haifa

A rare opportunity to join a small and high-quality team and lead end-to-end development of complex medical systems. This role combines hands-on engineering with direct team leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Direct leadership of a multidisciplinary R&D team (mechanical, electronics, software)
Hands-on involvement in design, testing, and product improvement
Coordination across internal teams and external suppliers
Developing R&D strategies, innovation, and process improvements
Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards
Supporting validation and verification (V&V) processes
