תיאור המשרה

- Define and execute the global sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, manage, and inspire local and international sales teams.
- Oversee technical sales processes, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Represent the company at international defence and security exhibitions and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Participate directly in high-value deals and strategic accounts.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members.
- Develop sales forecasts, manage budgets, and create performance-based incentive models.
- Analyze CRM/BI data to optimize sales operations and identify growth opportunities.

דרישות המשרה

- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in managing complex B2G/B2B sales within the defence or homeland security sector – Mandatory.
- Strong track record in leading sales of technical systems with long sales cycles. -Mandatory
- Demonstrated success in market analysis, strategic planning, and proposal leadership – Mandatory
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing large-scale projects and budgets. Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in front of senior stakeholders. Mandatory.
- Proficient in CRM and BI tools; ability to draw insights from data. Mandatory.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, including business-level negotiations. Mandatory.
- Relevant academic degree in Engineering or Business – Master’s degree an advantage. Mandatory.
- Team player with strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Mandatory.
