Sales & Business Development: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C
sales, ideally in an international environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales
targets and achieving revenue growth.
 Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of
international sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented
environment.
 Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills in English and Spanish (mother tongue level). Fluency in
additional languages a strong plus.
 Strategic Thinking & Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends,
competitor activity, and data to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
 Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
distributors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
 Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Excel).
 Languages: Native-level Spanish is essential. High-level English proficiency
required. Portuguese or other languages – a strong advantage.
